Designer Maker Seminar

Secondly presentation in Camberwell.

We shared our visiting information, impression, practice from the London design festival in this seminar.It was so great to listen different thinking in the seminar.

I have learned lots of critical thinking processes during this presentation. Maiko gave us many advices. It is very important for us. Maiko said my presentation like a brief. I agree. She said we have added more our thinking process in the review. In addition, think about “interesting”, “amazing” some words like this.Sometimes it means nothing. We have to think deeper and deeper

Making process (what is its produce? How?)

What do you THINK about it?

Does it successfully or not? Why?

What attracted you? Why? How?

What is respond? (function)

Not brief. It should be given comments and thoughts.

In addition, we have to think about the connection between different materials.

And then we could not focus on one or two things, because we have to consider many different such as produce process, materials, historical, theories, methodology, critical theory.

According to this, I have to keep asking “WHY” , the most important thing is the reflective process.
